How does it work?

Your coaching sessions can be online from the comfort of your own home, or outdoors in person. There is also the possibility of phone coaching and getting outside in our own locations. .

    From the comfort of your own home, we meet online, usually through Zoom.

  • Outdoor Coaching

    We meet outdoors and sit or stroll in inspiring surroundings.

    one hour session £55

  • Outdoor Coaching with a Wild Swim or Dip

    We take our coaching conversation on a stroll along the river and include a cold water immersion in the river sometime within the session -pre-agreed with you.

Pause

It all begins with a pause… choosing to gift yourself the space and time of a coaching conversation. Step out of your normal life, take a breath, take a moment… just to be.

Reflect

Your coaching session is a time just for you, to explore your life, goals and dreams. Get to know the different parts of yourself, uncover stories, beliefs, and mindsets, shredding those that are no longer helpful.

Discover

Discover more about yourself, get clarity about what you really want from life and begin to set clear intentions that will take you towards the life you want to live.

Coaching Outdoors

I’m really passionate about spending time outdoors connecting with nature, and I love taking coaching conversations outside.

Outdoor Coaching will suit you if:

  • You think better outside.

  • You ‘clear your head’ on walks.

  • You just love spending time outside in all seasons and weather.

We can meet in person in a variety of lovely outdoor locations, in and around Bath and Bradford on Avon, and sessions can look like this:

  • Sitting down on a blanket or park bench.

  • Strolling in stunning landscapes.

  • I can also coach you whilst we’re on the phone & we can be outdoors anywhere in the world!

Travel & toilets, the important stuff!

I want outdoor coaching to be as accessible as possible so I work in a variety of locations. Bradford on Avon offers flat surfaces, toilets, car parking and access by foot & public transport, as well as benches and cafes. The more rural locations of Shoscombe and Farleigh Hungerford offer walks, sitting places, views and a change of scenery but not usually toilets or cafes.
